Stephen has an in-depth knowledge of system design, communications equipment, system infrastructure, network configuration and installation, desktop installation, maintenance, user support and application training programs. Stephen is proficient with Novell and Microsoft operating systems and has managed multi-platform environments for several years. He has practical experience with many of the most popular network application programs utilized to perform automated backups, fax servers, virus protection, system monitoring and system management. His technical knowledge covers a wide array of network and desktop hardware platforms, office automation applications and support hardware for LAN/WAN communications.
